Warren Radler is the former chairman and senior trial partner of a large multi-state litigation firm. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

            During his years in private practice, he tried numerous complex cases to jury verdict throughout the country on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. These cases ranged from antitrust to toxic tort. He defended multi-national chemical and drug corporations in product liability cases involving millions of dollars and served as national coordinating counsel in complex product liability litigation. He also tried many cases to verdict on behalf of plaintiffs including antitrust claims, serious personal injury claims and environmental and hazardous waste matters. Mr. Radler tried securities and employment discrimination cases on behalf of corporations and individuals.

            His appellate experience includes oral arguments before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth and Tenth Circuits. He has also argued cases before state appellate courts in Illinois, New York, Ohio and Massachusetts.

            Mr. Radler has taught trial advocacy throughout the country while President of Trial Run Inc. and as a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Trial Run’s clients included a number of federal agencies and many national law firms. He was also selected to lecture to British barristers in Oxford, England and has delivered lectures on trial advocacy at a number of law schools including The Cornell Law School, Northwestern Law School and the University of Texas Law School. Warren Radler is the author of handbooks on the Federal Rules of Evidence and Jury Speeches.

            He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, in the states of Illinois and New York, numerous United States Courts of Appeal, various Federal District Courts and has been admitted pro hac vice as trial counsel in many states.

            Warren Radler is a graduate of Cornell University and The Cornell Law School. 

            Since his recent retirement from the active practice of law, Warren Radler consults on litigation matters and trains lawyers on trial advocacy skills.
